Hi, my name is Steven Zerfing LMT, and I received my massage license back in 2014. For ten years I have practiced and learned so much about helping my clients. Barefoot massage, or Anma, is the deep, therapeutic style that I train.

I achieve measurable, positive benefits with my clients. Reducing their pain and stress. Hot stones, hot towels, pain balms, and salt scrubs are great ways to transition between more intense body work. I try to balance soothing energy with recovery work.

Traditional martial art and martial dance are a life practice for me. Using these to heal myself has a direct kinesthetic correlation to understanding others pain and healing. I look forward to supporting your self care!

Years ago, Ruth Spicer was encouraged by her sister to look into going to a massage school, and that turned out to be a life-changing opportunity. Ever since, Ruth has been on a fun journey of learning several different massage styles, including sports massage, treatment massage, and prenatal massage. She has really enjoyed seeing the difference massage can make, helping athletes perform at a higher level, watching people heal from injuries, and of course, helping mamas feel more comfortable during pregnancy.

Ruth grew up exploring the Pacific Northwest and never gets tired of outdoor activities like hiking, gardening, playing with her nieces and nephews, and chopping firewood. She also enjoys some indoor activities like crocheting and reading, and artwork like wood-burning and coloring.

Her dreams for the future include becoming a midwife, a heavy equipment operator, or a stay-at-home mama
